Biography
Rachaita Saha is an Attorney in our family immigration team. She assists and represents our clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Immigration Court. Rachaita focuses her practice assisting clients with a full suite of family based petitions, Adjustment of Status applications, naturalization applications, and inadmissibility waivers. Prior to working with our firm, Rachaita worked with boutique immigration law firms specializing in both family and business immigration matters.
Being a first generation immigrant herself, Rachaita brings a unique understanding to meet our client's immigration needs.
Rachaita is a member of the Missouri Bar. She graduated with a Masters in Law from Florida State University School of Law, and a first degree of Law from KIIT School of Law, KIIT University, India.
