Biography
Yuan Li is an Associate Attorney in the firm's immigration practice. She represents clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and the Asylum Office (AO), handling a wide range of immigration matters with professionalism, diligence, and care.
Originally from China, she earned her Bachelor of Laws from Yunnan University and later obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced at a private law firm in Washington, D.C., where she gained experience in both immigration law and civil litigation. This combined background informs her analytical approach and strengthens her advocacy on behalf of clients.
