Timothy P. Smith graduated from Colby College with honors in International Studies (Latin American concentration) and Spanish. Tim completed months of immigration law volunteer work while at Colby, hence sparking his interest in the field.

A native of Boston, Tim has 5 years of experience in immigration, including family petitions, waivers, deportation defense, asylum and employment-based immigration. Tim enjoys playing tennis, dogs, music and traveling.

Tim is a Supervising Paralegal at our office.
