Marirose Piciucco has been a licensed attorney for over 18 years, after graduating in 1988 with a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. As the daughter of Italian immigrants, Marirose has always been drawn to serving the immigrant community. In 1979, Marirose graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University with a dual degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies. Her program of studies took her to Guadalajara, Mexico, where she studied for two semesters.
At the Law Office of Robert B. Jobe, Marirose manages the ever-growing family-based section of the firm, representing clients in immigration court and at the Citizenship and Immigration Service in family-based adjustment of status applications. She also represents clients appearing before consular officers in overseas processing of family-based non-immigrant and immigrant visas. In addition, Marirose manages cases involving applications for cancellation of removal in immigration court and represents such clients in proceedings.
Marirose is passionate about cooking, traveling and photography. She has traveled throughout the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Southeast Asia and most recently the Polynesian Islands of Tahiti. Her photographs adorn the Jobe-Piciucco family home.
Marirose is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Italian. She is a member of the California State Bar and of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
