Biography
Rachaita Saha is an attorney on our family immigration team. She has assisted and represented our clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Immigration Court. Rachaita focuses her practice on assisting clients with a full suite of family-based petitions, Adjustment of Status applications, naturalization applications, and inadmissibility waivers. She also handles U and VAWA petitions at the firm. Before working with our firm, Rachaita worked with boutique immigration law firms specializing in family and business immigration matters.
Being a first-generation immigrant herself, Rachaita brings a unique understanding of meeting our client's immigration needs. Rachaita is fluent in Hindi, Bengali, and Urdu, which helps her effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
