Biography

Adriana Magbanua is an Associate Attorney who has represented clients at the Asylum Office, Immigration Court (EOIR), and USCIS Field Offices. Adriana received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. She received her J.D. degree from the University of California, Hastings in San Francisco. As a child of immigrant parents, she always had an interest in helping immigrant families.

She interned at multiple immigration law firms and non-profits throughout the Bay Area. While at UC Hastings, she participated in the Immigrant Rights Clinic and was awarded the CALI Award (the highest grade). She also participated in UC Hastings' Refugee and Human Rights Clinic where she worked with an LGBT asylum applicant. Adriana is a member of the California Bar
